Niall helps Scotland’s Para-Badminton stars claim 4 bronze medals in Dublin

The Carlton Irish Para-Badminton International 2015 took place in Dublin, Ireland at end of June 2015.

Niall Jarvie from Crieff, and now living in Northern Ireland, was part of the Scotland team who returned home with 4 bronze medals.

Niall took part in the SL3/SL4 men’s doubles, partnered by David Purdie, losing out in one of the games 14-21, 9-21 to top seeds, English pair Daniel Bethell and Bobby Griffin.

Niall also lost to Bethell in the singles semi-finals, meaning he claimed one of the bronze medals. Third seed Niall topped his group with two wins out of three.
